IDEAL NAUTICARE SDN BHD established in February 2015 in response to Malaysian Marine Department announcement to enforce the Malaysia Shipping Notice 8/2013. The aim is to ensure that each ships sailing under Malaysia’s flag has a certificate of adequacy of Medicine Chest.
Our responsibility is to serve and help the shipowners to conform to the requirement and specifications as outlined in the International Medical Guide for Ships (IMGS 3rd edition). Hence to assist the shipowners to get certification of Medicine Chest from scratch.
Our core service is to provide and assist shipowners to comply with the requirements and specifications as outlined in the International Medical Guide for Ships (IMGS 3rd edition). Hence to assist the shipowners to obtain a valid certification for their Medicine Chests from scratch to the end. To date, a total more than 500 vessels has been inspected and obtained their Medical Chest Certificate.
IDEAL NAUTICARE SDN BHD 3 retail pharmacy outlets under the brand Farmasi Ideal that are progressive, independent, vibrant retail outlets located in a mix and mature community in Shah Alam, Port Klang and Kemaman. The nature of business is primarily focused in operating retail Community Pharmacy including retailing of pharmaceutical healthcare and personal care products.
